You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping. Only the return shipping costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the seller with all accessories, free items, samples and in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Excluded on the right to return:
a. With sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned.
b. that have been created by the seller in accordance with the consumer's specifications;
c. which are clearly of a personal nature;
d. which cannot be returned due to their nature;
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. The return shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
